Al Jurf Gardens (Phase 1) will include 293 “ranch-like” villas coming in 3 Types : Rabia Villas, Joud Villas and Budoor Villas. Al Jurf Land plots are ranging from 765 sqm to 5,500 sqm at a starting price of AED 1.4 Million.

Jiwar Al Qasr (Phase 2A&2B) will consist of a harbor district span over a land area of 330,000 sq.m and will include residential, retail and hotel facilities. Qasr Al Jurf (Phase 3A) will consist of a harbor district and will span over a land area of 258,000 sq.m and will include residential, retail and hotel facilities. Qasr Al Jurf (Phase 3B) will consist of a harbor district and will span over a land area of 78,000 sq.m and will include residential, retail and hotel facilities.

Marsa Al Jurf will involve the construction of a marina district compromising 2 to 3 storey buildings with residences and boutiques with 1,500 units and marina hotels.
