Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab has joined forces with Emaar Properties on a new, branded tower, Grand Bleu Tower, in residential community Emaar Beachfront.Residents will also have access to an infinity pool, gym and recreational facilities on the eighth floor.The ground level will house boutique fashion stores, galleries and cafes, as well as lobbies, all given the Elie Saab touch.
